Robots & crawlers
GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended and the rest. We list which AI agents your robots.txt allows, which it blocks, and which you should reverse.
Free AI visibility audit · AI brand visibility tracker · AI search visibility
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini and Google AI Overviews now answer the queries your buyers used to type into Google. Our AI visibility tracking tool runs 47 checks across robots, llms.txt, schema, entity signals and AI discoverability — and emails you a report with the three fixes that move the needle.
No signup wall. No credit card. No call required.
47 checks · 8 categories
Same playbook we sell on retainer, condensed into a one-shot AI visibility checker. Every category gets a 0–100 score. The report names the three fixes with the highest expected lift first.

Presence, quality and parseability of the AI-readable site map. Brand summary, service catalogue, contact, out-of-scope sections — does it actually exist and is it useful.
JSON-LD coverage for Organization, Article, Product, FAQ, sameAs and speakable. Validation status. Coverage gaps that block rich-result and AIO eligibility.
Title length, meta description coverage, canonical correctness, OG tags, hreflang. The boring stuff that decides whether a passage gets quoted at all.
Whether passages are extractable, whether direct answers come first, whether Quick Facts blocks exist. The four-layer extraction recipe applied to your top 20 pages.
Whether AI engines can resolve your brand to a real entity via Wikidata, sameAs, knowledge graph. Disambiguation gaps when your name collides with an acronym or another business.
External citations, HARO mentions, named-author bios, E-E-A-T markers. Where the brand has trust signals AI parsers actually pick up — and where they are missing.
Live snapshot of your current presence in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews on a sample of category-relevant prompts. The starting point against which we measure progress.
How it works
Drop the homepage URL and your work email. The form takes 30 seconds. You can pick which AI engine matters most — the report still covers all five, but we lead with that one.
An automated crawl hits your robots.txt, llms.txt, homepage and sitemap, then scores all 8 categories — robots, llms.txt, schema, metadata, content depth, brand & entity, authority and AI discoverability.
Within a minute you get the full report: composite 0–100 score, all 8 categories scored with a passed-checks breakdown, and the highest-lift fixes ranked by priority. No 24-hour wait, no PDF gate.
Sample reports
Three real engagements, audited at month zero and month six. We include the case where the score did not move — external barriers (regulator-imposed PR freeze) — because score-only marketing without honesty is the AEO version of a vanity metric.
VASP query cluster, four AI engines, six months of structured rewrites and named-expert deployment.
From minimal AI presence to first-place visibility in ChatGPT and Google AIO on the AP University prompt.
Score did not move. Regulator-imposed Q1 communications freeze; we paused content production and the audit closed where it opened. Honest example.
FAQ
Yes. We run the audit and email the report. No call required, no signup wall. We hope the report convinces you to talk to us about a paid engagement, but the audit itself is the deliverable, not a sales pitch.
If the score lands below 60, the report ends with a one-paragraph pitch for our $890 Starter package — three months, schema and llms.txt rollout, first AI citations. Not a bait-and-switch — we tell you upfront here. If the score is above 60 we recommend Growth or Scale and explain why.
Instantly — the full 47-check report is emailed within about a minute of submission. If the crawl hits a block (Cloudflare bot fight, geo-restriction, 5xx) the report says so, because a blocked crawler means AI bots are blocked too — that's finding number one.
No. We store your URL, email and submission timestamp in our internal CRM. We do not share with third parties. We email you the report and one follow-up. Unsubscribe with one click.
It is the count of evaluations in our internal AEO scorecard, derived from the GS Playbook v4.3 plus our 2026 platform-specific updates. Some checks are pass-fail (robots blocking GPTBot). Some are 0–10 scored (content depth). Aggregating into a 0–100 composite is opinionated but consistent across audits.
Yes — most of the checks have public tools (Schema Markup Validator, Rich Results Test, robots.txt tester). What you cannot easily get on your own is the prompt-coverage snapshot in ChatGPT, Perplexity and AIO across a category-relevant prompt sample. That is where the manual layer adds most value.
The free audit includes the score for one competitor of your choice in the report. If you want full competitor benchmarking — five competitors, weekly tracking, share-of-voice — that is what the Growth and Scale retainers do.
If the form felt too heavy, just email the URL to [email protected] with subject 'audit' — we will run it manually.
